Courses

This is an intensive one-month Advanced Certification Course for Pharma Laboratory Analyst with a focus on classroom training on instruments and strong emphasis on practical application through hands-on exposure in a GLP analytical Lab. The course is ideal for students aspiring to build a career in Quality Control and Analytical Development research laboratory, and those looking to refresh their knowledge and stay up to date in this highly dynamic field.

We have designed our training programs considering requirements of reputed pharmaceutical industries across India. The course will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed for a career as a pharma professional.

The Advance theoretical trainings from industry experts, professional soft skill enhancement workshops, working /laboratory skill developments against current trends, mock interviews as per industry protocols, and placement in reputed industries are some of key performance indicators of our institute.

The course is divided into two sessions i.e. Theoretical as well as practical.

Theoretical Sessions

Overview of all different types of analytical instruments commonly used in research and industry, such as chromatography (HPLC, GC), spectroscopy (UV-Vis), dissolution apparatus, disintegration apparatus, friability tester and others.

Hands-on training on operating various analytical instruments, including instrument setup, calibration, SOPs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Instruction on data acquisition techniques and software analysis tools associated with each instrument type. This may include interpretation of spectra, chromatograms, and statistics.

Techniques for sample preparation prior to analysis, including calculations, dilutions and apparatus handlings

Over all introduction of basics of manufacturing process, how to do sampling, stages of sampling and sampling process & techniques

Overview of quality control procedures, calibration standards, and quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in analytical measurements

Real-world applications of analytical techniques in different industries such as pharmaceuticals, environmental science, forensics, and materials science. Case studies may illustrate how analytical instruments are used to solve specific analytical problems.
